*THIS POST IS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH JAZZERCISE, INC. MY OPINIONS ARE ALL MY OWN!*
Did you read that title and go, “YEP! That’s me!”? Whenever I talk to my friends, family, or you guys about getting active, most people say it’s TIME that stops them from working out. I can whole-heartedly say I do the same thing!! I don’t know why but, that extra 10-15 minute drive to the gym can sometimes feel like a dang road trip…SO, I prefer at-home workouts! I’ve found some awesome workout apps and programs the past couple of years, but recently, I started using Jazzercise on Demand! As a former dancer, these workouts actually bring me JOY and are FUN!
WHAT’S JAZZERCISE?
If you don’t know what Jazzercise is, they’re the original dance party workout! For more than 51 years, they’ve incorporated the latest proven effective fitness methods into their classes including- HIIT, pilates, strength training, and more! I grew up watching my mom go to classes and, she always came back home so energized and with the biggest smile on her face! If you have a whole morning open, only an hour, or just your lunch break to spare, there’s a workout for all of it! BELOW I’ve listed my favorite workouts that I’ve enjoyed from home on their On-Demand app. If you enjoy taking classes in person, here’s a list of their studios you can join as well!
